• To not compensate, directly or indirectly, employees of the parties to a transaction without written authorization of the subject party.
• To accurately represent the authority to show, demonstrate or sell an aircraft.
• To present to the best of our knowledge accurate specifications of aircraft for sale, and make truthful representations to the public.
• To provide, to you, a level of competent service in keeping with the highest standards of business and professionalism.
• To reveal the true ownership or interest in any aircraft we represent to the purchaser or his representative.
• To disclose interest in entities whose services we may suggest or recommend for client or owner use, and to disclose any financial benefit received as a result of the use of these services.
• To make full disclosure of charges and costs associated with any agreement.
• To use reasonable care to ensure that documents pertaining to the purchase and sale of aircraft are kept current through the use of written extensions and amendments.
• To not simultaneously act as a seller's and buyer's representative on the same transaction without prior written consent from both parties.
